I was THRILLED to be called into the Young Women program at church, and could hardly wait to go to girls camp! We had a BLAST! I loved hangin' with "Jo Mama's Girls." What an ADVENTURE! (Kinsey, Kari, Jo, Alayna and Grace)
The girls put up their tent with literally NO help from the leaders. It's a good thing they didn't need my help because the instructions might as well have been in another language, it was quite the complicated tent! I have never known such KIND and FUN 12 and 13 year olds!
I wanted to stay at girls camp for the whole week, but I needed to get home to my family. I didn't realize how much I missed the kids until I walked in my front door and saw them again. I sure love those little kiddos. Justin was so great! He played the single parent role like a champ!
THANKS A MILLION to Kathryn, Pam, Christina and Michaun for all your help while I was gone. I wouldn't survive without you guys!!!

Girls Camp was really fun. I wish I could have stayed longer, but such was not to be. There is one picture missing from this post. I'll bet Marla would really like to see the one with her and the warheads!
It looks like you had a lot of fun while you were there, Jo. I'm sure your little kiddies were happy to see their momma when you came home though!
Justin, you are a real trooper! Jo has lots of confidence in your expertice as a dad, and with good reason. We sure love and appreciate you.

It's the greatest to come home to them after being away for awhile. Ok, so awhile for me is like 5 hours!!
Oh how fun!! My only girl's camp experience was when I was first pg with Olivia, outhouses and pregnancy dont mix!

Hi Jo, I bet you are such a fun YW leader!! We're getting ready to go to camp next week and I'm really excited. I a little nervous because this will be the longest I've left my little one home!! Hope you guys are doing well!
Wow! You're quite the trooper with the new baby and all. I'm very impressed. They definitely got the right girl for the job by calling you into YW. You'll be great!
